Sean Weatherston, PT, OCS, CSCS

Sean Weatherston, PT, OCS, CSCS

Sean is a physical therapist, owner of Altitude Physical Therapy, our fearless leader, and a dedicated husband, father, and GRANDfather! Born and raised in Idaho, Sean studied at Ricks College, BYU, and Boise State before receiving his master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California, in 2000. He has continued to invest in his education since graduation and became board certified as a specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS). This past winter, Sean started teaching orthopedics for the Physical Therapist Assistant program at the College of Western Idaho. He also holds certification as an ImPACT-trained PT (concussion management), is credentialed as a clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association, and is a certified running coach.

Sean and his wife Jill are the parents of 5 children (and grandparents to two!) and enjoy attending their children’s games, meets, and concerts. Dedicated to being a good example of what he encourages in the clinic, Sean stays active by hiking and camping, running a half marathon or two every year, and refereeing college and high school basketball. This summer, he found a new passion: pickleball! Have you tried it? If you ever see Sean on the court, don’t be afraid to challenge him to a match. Watch out, though! He’s a beast in the kitchen. (That’s pickleball humor for those of you not in the know.) An amateur foodie, Sean enjoys whipping up new things in the actual kitchen for his family and has proudly conquered the Big Jud’s challenge.

Deborah Gangitano

Deborah Gangitano, Office Manager

Debbie joined the Altitude team in October 2020 as the office manager. She enjoys her time getting to know our staff and wonderful patients. When asked what she enjoys the most about working in our office she said, “I love meeting and interacting with our patients and watching their health improve through physical therapy. It’s very rewarding and I’m so grateful to work in such a wonderful and caring environment.”

Debbie was born and raised in Northern California and graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After graduation, she spent some time in the tech industry before taking time off to raise her children. When she decided to return to the workforce, she took a position at a chiropractic clinic and soon discovered how rewarding it was to be a part of a person’s journey to recovery and health.

When outside the office, she enjoys time with her daughters and friends, going to the gym, mountain biking, camping, backpacking, and pretty much anything outdoors.
